At Libas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the original tags and invoice inside the package, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
